Terms for accessing and using the Lynks Verification Portal.

Using the portal
By accessing Lynks Verification Portal, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not connect a wallet or use the portal.
Service scope
The portal supports on-chain wallet verification and related status checks. It may read public blockchain data and request wallet signatures or transactions. A verification result is informational and does not guarantee access, eligibility, asset value, or any future outcome.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for reviewing wallet prompts, maintaining control of your devices and credentials, keeping sufficient network fees, and complying with applicable law. Do not share a private key or seed phrase with Lynks or anyone claiming to represent Lynks.
No custody
Lynks does not take custody of your wallet or assets through the verification portal. You retain control of your wallet and authorize any on-chain action. Blockchain transactions can be irreversible, and the portal cannot recover keys, reverse transactions, or restore assets.
Availability and third parties
The portal may depend on wallets, RPC providers, blockchain networks, and other third-party services. Features may be changed, interrupted, or unavailable. Lynks does not control third-party services or guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Risks and disclaimers
Blockchain use involves technical, security, market, and regulatory risk. Use the portal at your own discretion. To the extent permitted by law, the portal is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of custody, verification acceptance, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation and changes
To the extent permitted by law, Lynks is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the portal, third-party services, wallet compromise, or on-chain activity. These terms may be updated as the portal changes; the current version will be posted here.
